Yes, at any time. Tiers are pro-rated. No lock-in beyond your current month.
A 30-day live pilot using one or two of your real supplier relationships, on a copy of your data. If it doesn't earn its place by week four, you walk away — no charge, no hard feelings.
Suppliers don't pay a per-venue subscription. They pay a small transaction fee on orders fulfilled — typically 1.5–2.5% depending on volume — and only when they get paid.
On Starter and Growth, no — onboarding is included. Enterprise typically includes a one-time implementation fee for custom integrations and migration; we scope it transparently.
DigiDine, DigiBook, DigiRoster, and DigiTender will be priced separately as they launch. Existing SED TECH customers get founding-customer pricing — talk to us for details.
