Mission
Make hospitality calmer to operate.
We started SED TECH because the tools the industry was shipped didn't fit. Procurement was a fax-and-spreadsheets affair. Reservations lived in three different systems. The kitchen, the floor, and the back office spoke past each other.
We didn't want another all-singing platform that promised the world. We wanted a small, sharp suite of products that genuinely respected the realities of running a venue: late shifts, no-shows, bad lighting, and human exhaustion.
DigiSupply is the first piece. The rest of the suite is on the way — built on the same foundation, with the same patience.
